Keto diet daily routine.

Introduction:

Keto diet: Keta diet is an amazing diet technology applying which we can lose weight without delay. An American physician named Dr. Russell Morse Wilder has discovered this diet. The food ratio in keto diet is carbohydrate 20%,  fat 70% and protein 20%. 

How keto diet helps lose weight

We have to keep eating this diet until we lose weight to our optimum level. After reaching weight to optimum level, we will again be back to our normal balanced diet.

In keto diet we are advised to eat mainly fat rich food. When we start eating keto diet, we firstly go on getting energy from our food we eat. This is called glucose metabolism.

But after eating  keto diet for about a week or so, we automatically get shifted to fat metabolism meaning  our body will start to break down the accumulated fat in our body and give us energy.

Then gradually we lose feeling of hunger and appetite as we get energy from our stored fat, not from our eaten food. 

After being switched to fat metabolism, our body won't need to consume any external food. That's why we lose hunger. Yet we will keep eating keto diet to whatever amount we can eat.

At 06.00 AM

Our God gifted internal body clock advises us to rise in the morning and do our household jobs. Our overall well being lies in such behavior.


Anyway we will rise at 06.00 in the morning. Having said our prayer we will have a cup of green tea added with no sugar.

Then we will start doing our daily household works. If we don't have any work, we will have some exercises like walking or jogging or doing all the on bed exercises. If we do not do exercise for some reason, then no problem. We will do exercise whenever we have time or feel to do.

At 10.00 AM


As a breakfast, we will eat

(1)Two eggs fried with ghee or butter or olive oil or pure mustard well.

(2) 200 gram cucumber or tomato or carrot salad.

At 01.00 PM


As a lunch we will eat

(1) Two eggs fried with butter or ghee or olive oil or pure mustard oil, 

(2) 100 gram rice 

(3) Two pieces of fish or chicken.

At 04.00 PM


As a snack in the afternoon, we will eat

(1) half cup nuts(almond +ground nut+  pistachio +cashews) lightly  fried with ghee or butter.  

(2) A cup of green tea including no sugar.


At 09.00 PM


We will eat

(1) Two eggs fried with ghee or butter or olive oil or pure mustard oil.

(2) 200 gram vegetables and salad

(3l 100 gram rice.

In all cooking, only ghee or butter or olive oil or pure ghani(an wooden oil extracting device) mustard oil is allowed to be used.

Keto diet side effects

By the way, if you are pregnant or a breast feeding mom, you don't need to do any keto diet.
