What is type-1 diabetes?

Type 1 diabetes is genetical disease, as we learn from google. Body's auto immune system kill the beta cells of pancreas. As a result less beta cells of their pancreases are producing less or too less or no insulin. As a result the diabetic people can not burn glucose and gets less energy.

The left unburnt glucose drains down to ditch via kidney .Their kidneys work hard to filter the dirt in body and become tired and sick.

Type-1 diabetes

Diabetic people are either too busy or too lazy to do any physical activity.

The lazy people have no time pay any heed to advises of losing weight or eating less. Because they do not want to miss their face-book streaming.

How to prevent type-1 diabetes

Inactive beta cells in pancreas can not be cured. It is just to be cared. Measures to prevent type-1 are as follows.

1. Lose excess weight. Because obesity slows down metabolism leading you to being more diabetic.

2. Eat organic fruits and vegetables. Because they are immunity booster.

3.Manage glucose strictly

4.Eat healthy fat

5.Skip bad and fad diet. They are like nuisance of body.

6.Do some water fasting. Fasting cleans up toxins from body and boosts immunity. Apart from this, fasting turns hidden-in-cell toxins into good protein.

What is type-2 diabetes?

Type-2 diabetes

Type-2 diabetes is a lifestyle generated disease. The other name of type-2 diabetes is diabetes mellitus. Enough insulin is produced in the body. But the body cells do not respond to it. Looks like cells have no interest to allow insulin to enter into cell. This is called insulin resistance.

Who will have diabetes type-2 ?

People specially who are voracious and idle, people who are just idling away their time in eating and sleeping, people who do not do any body activity and who are obese and bulky become mostly the victim of type-2 diabetes. 

How to prevent type-2 diabetes

  • Being awakened and step ahead early to get and stay well.
  • Reduce eating gradually
  • Live mostly an organic fruit and vegetable life,
  • Eat organic food
  • Leave soyabean oil, palm oil. These oils do not burn themselves nor let other oils burn. Instead of these above oils, mustard oil can be preferred. But mustard oil must be prepared under the direct supervision of consumer him/herself. Because better not to consume adulterated mustard oil.
  • Eat marine fish

  • Stay exposed to sun light in the morning or evening.
  • Do home works physically.
  • Do some strict water fasting. Fasting cleans our body and turns the hidden-in-cell toxins into energy.
  • You may have keto diet. Keto diet is the switcher of burning of all accumulated-in-body fats.
  • Be philosophical and sincere yourself.

Consequences of diabetes (of both types)

  • Less energy and less productivity
  • Weak or destroyed kidney
  • Less flexibility of muscles and blood vessels.
  • Hypertension i.e. high blood pressure
  • And premature death.

Can type-2 diabetes turn to type-1 ?Difference between type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

Type-2 diabetes does not lead the obese or fat people to type 1. Because type-2 diabetes is an obesity generated disease and type-1 is an auto-immune generated disease.

But things to keep in mind that cells of obese people (type 2) does not show sensitivity to insulin and can not break glucose. This way obese people of type 2 remains hungry and eats carbohydrates more and more. When they eat more, pancreas produces more and more insulin. This produced excess insulin injures pancreas beta cells resulting in type 1 diabetes.
