Introduction:
Nuts are high calorie popular food throughout the world. Though nuts are highly rich in fat but surprisingly they are cardiac and diabetic friendly. Nuts are tasty, convenient and can be used on all diets- from keto to vegan. Nuts are used as garnish on foods as well. Four types of nuts are seen in my Bangladesh-
* Ground nuts,
* Cashews,
* Almond,
* Pistachio
Benefits of eating nuts are as follows.
1 Lots of nutrients
Nuts have many nutrients including zinc, selenium and iron. We can use it as low carb diet as it is mainly fat rich food. But this fat is very much good for our health.
2. Lots of antioxidants
Nuts have lots of antioxidants including polyphenols that reduces oxidative stress by neutralizing free radicals.
3. The way nuts cause weight loss:

5. Foods for metabolic syndrome and type-2 diabetes(The way nuts fix metabolic syndrome)
Nuts may be one of the food of the people with metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes. Metabolic syndrome is combination of signs like diabetes, hypertension and obesity due to low metabolism Metabolic syndrome causes risk of heart disease.
Type-2 diabetes is resistance to insulin because of obesity even though there is no scarcity of insulin.
6. Nuts have anti inflammatory properties:
Nuts have strong anti inflammatory properties.

Human can not digest fiber but bacteria in colon can digest fiber. The fiber, nuts have is prebiotics or food of good bacteria . Good bacteria aka probiotics are good for gut health.

As nuts have the property to reduce bad cholesterol (LDL) level. Thus it decreases the risk if heart disease.
Nuts are also great. Because it reduces triglyceride level helping diabetic patient.

In a study researchers saw nuts improve the brain wave frequencies associated with cognition, healing, learning, memory and other key brain functions.
