Blood presser and diabetes drug: Blood presser and diabetese lowering drug reduces testosterone. So such drug should be avoided.
Zinc: People with zinc deficiency must have less testosterone. So consuming zinc rich foods like oysters, red meat, paultry, beans, nuts, crab, lobster, whole grains, breakfast cereals and dairy products is a must.
Insuline resistance: Person having insulin resistance will have low testosterone. Specially obese people will face this low testosterone. So achieving a healthy weight is a must.
